How Does a Garage Door Work?
An automatic sectional garage door opens as hinged, insulated panels slide upward along side tracks. The trolley operator and spring balance system work together for light, quiet and safe movement.
An opening command is given by remote control, button or key; the 24 V control board receives it.
The ceiling-mounted trolley motor pulls the top panel; the spring system balances the door weight.
Panels slide up the tracks and park parallel to the ceiling — no space is lost.
When closing, the photocell detects any obstacle and the door stops and reverses; manual release is available during power cuts.
