What Is a PVC Strip Curtain?
A PVC strip curtain (strip door) is an industrial curtain of flexible PVC strips hung side by side on a rail, separating two spaces while allowing vehicles and people through. It is used at loading doors, cold and freezer stores, conveyor openings, personnel doors, refrigerated vehicles and welding rooms.
Once installed it needs no maintenance and lasts for years. UV-inhibiting additives prevent yellowing and cracking in sunlight; strips with rounded edges ensure safe passage. Flame-retardant components prevent flame spread, and cleaning is easy with soap and water.
